Hi, I’m Sophia Zuercher the co-founder of Luggage Stories. I’m a passionate traveler and someone who believes that every journey deserves to be remembered — not just in photos, but through the stories we carry with us.

My love for travel began early. My parents are avid globetrotters, and they made sure that I would be a part of their adventures from day one. By the age of six I had travelled throughout South and Central America: from Patagonia to the Galapagos Islands, from the Amazonian Rainforest to the nature reserves of Costa Rica. It left an indelible impression on me.

Luggage Stories began as a conversation over dinner with my family. The topic of the Grand Tour was mentioned and the need for voyagers to pack steamer trunks and suitcases to house their wardrobes. This led to discussions on the Grand Hotel labels on their luggage, advertising where they had been. That was the spark that led me here.

My dream is to keep building Luggage Stories into a creative, lifestyle brand that celebrates travel, storytelling, and the joy of meaningful souvenirs on your suitcase.
