§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.luggagestories.com .
Luggage Stories delivers worldwide. Any differing or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Luggage Stories has expressly agreed to them in writing.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as Luggage Stories confirms the order by email or ships the ordered goods.
Luggage Stories reserves the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
Luggage Stories is not subject to VAT; therefore, no VAT is charged (Art. 10 VAT Act). Shipping costs: - CHF 4.90 (Swiss Post)
- CHF 7.00 (international)
- Free shipping from Switzerland for orders over CHF 50.00
- Free shipping from Switzerland for orders over CHF 80.00.
Payment options: PostFinance, credit card, PayPal, Twint , or prepayment.
The goods remain the property of Luggage Stories until full payment is received (retention of title pursuant to Art. 715 of the Swiss Civil Code).
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery time:
- Standard products: 2–4 business days.
Should an item be unavailable, customers will be informed within 2 business days. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately in this case.
Delivery delays due to force majeure, operational disruptions, or transport problems do not give rise to any claim for damages.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal / Return
According to Art. 40a ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. The following
are excluded from the right of withdrawal: - opened or used postcard sets. Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect delivery or defects.

§ 6 Warranty
Luggage Stories is liable for defects existing upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. CO).
The warranty is limited to objective defects (e.g., faulty printing, damaged or incorrectly delivered products). Minor deviations in color, paper texture, or print quality, as well as damage caused by improper handling, are excluded from the warranty.
In the case of justified defects, Luggage Stories will, at its discretion, either provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Section 7 Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out exclusively in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Only data necessary for contract processing is collected. Data is only shared with third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the order (e.g., shipping providers, payment processors).

§ 8 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
applies exclusively , excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Zug , Switzerland, unless a mandatory statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
